Our two campuses in Methuen and Haverhill have a total of 320 beds, and we are a full-service, acute care hospital offering comprehensive inpatient medical/surgical units, outpatient care, and 24/7 emergency services. We have three behavioral health units: cardiac telemetry, and critical care service lines. Our Haverhill campus offers all private rooms, and our Methuen campus offers a new state-of-the-art catheterization suite and Joint Center of Excellence, named as a Blue Cross Blue Shield Blue Distinction Center for Knee and Hip Replacement.
Position Summary:

Holy Family Hospital is seeking an enthusiastic Blood Bank Supervisor for our busy department. The ideal candidate will supervise the imaging services under the manager’s direction in accordance with clinical and governmental standards and within an established budget. It is responsible for selecting, orientating, and evaluating the department staff. The Blood Bank Supervisor reviews the department's performance and ensures compliance, accreditation, legal, and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
Education: Associate in Science Degree, Graduate of Certificate Program in Radiography or Accredited Radiography Program (School of Radiological Technology) or equivalent.
Certification/Licensure:
Graduate of an approved formal program in Radiologic Technology.
Certification by ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) in radiography, or equivalent and/or computerized tomography.
Licensure by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in Radiography.
Dual licensure by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in Radiography and Computerized Tomography.
BLS required.
Experience: Minimum 5 years experience preferred with 1 year Supervisory or Lead level.
