As a Fabricator – Saw Cut, you will be responsible for cutting, shaping, and preparing metal components used in high-voltage bus systems. You will use a variety of machines, power tools, and hand tools to ensure quality and precision. This role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience & Skills:
Experience using hand tools such as tape measures, center punches, and squares
Familiarity with power tools, including grinders, routers, and drill presses
Ability to cut, saw, route, and sand metal surfaces with precision
Experience with forming machines, rolls, punch shear, saw drills, and CNC saws/plasma cutters is a plus
Basic ability to read blueprints and measurement readings in both inch and metric
Work Ethic & Expectations:
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with large equipment
Punctuality and reliability, with a commitment to meeting production goals
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision
Willingness to collaborate across departments and maintain professionalism
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Operate saws, routers, grinders, and forming machines to cut and shape metal
Assist in the fabrication of non-standard parts for custom projects
Use measurement tools to ensure precision and accuracy
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Work safely to achieve common production goals
