Citizens Bank Fraud Ops Sr Specialist in Medford, Massachusetts

Description

The Business Support Analyst will provide critical support for Research and Adjustment team within the Claims organization.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring GLs are balanced accurately, working closing with several business partners throughout the Bank

  • Researching and resolving variances, while escalating concerns

  • Ensuring all GL activity is done timely and within SLAs

  • Provide support to offshore functions as the central point of contact for Research and Adjustments, as well as other departments within the Claims organization

Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 2+ years experience in roles related to accounting functions preferred

  • Understanding of GL

  • Ability to coach

  • Organizational skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Proven ability to multi-task

  • Proficiency in PC skills and MS Office

  • Advanced skills within MS Excel

  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to analyze complex scenarios

  • Ability to communicate with colleagues of all levels and forums with the ability to adjust to meet varying audience

  • Self-motivated and able to work as an individual as well as a team

    Hours and Schedule:

    Hours: 40 Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00
