Bookkeeper/Office Manager/Human Resources Our client is seeking an attentive and motivated professional to fulfill a multifaceted role that encompasses tasks in Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Office Management. Key responsibilities include ensuring our company's accounting and billing systems are in compliance with our financial policies, efficiently processing customer payments and vendor invoices, maintaining account and payroll records, and managing various office responsibilities, such as budgeting, insurance, and HR tasks. The right candidate must be capable of performing account reconciliations, managing financial records, and exercising discretion to maintain company confidentiality. ** 3-5+ years of experience

** Understanding of accounting principles

** AP/AR, General Ledger, Journal Entries, Financial Statements and Payroll

** Technically proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and QuickBooks
