Fiserv Sr. Business Analyst in Massachusetts

What does a great Sr. Business Analyst do?

Receives and owns functional development change requests from the client tied to client’s business goals, operational or regulatory/audit requirements. Owns project request for entire life cycle, reporting on status, issues, success, and completion. Evaluates business processes, identifies needs, and develops strategies to maximize opportunities. Will work with business, IT and test systems. Will interact with developers, stakeholders, system architects and various subject experts.

As a Sr. Business Analyst, you can look forward to:

  • Identifying specific business opportunities

  • Influencing partners to support business projects

  • Leading projects and coordinating with other teams to produce better business outcomes

  • Testing business processes and recommending improvements

  • Identify, research, analyze and write business requirements. SME in waterfall and agile methodologies

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 3+ years of client facing sales or client management experience working with mid to large enterprise size companies

  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, presentation, and organizational skills

  • Experience interacting with C level internal and external client interaction to ensure clients needs are met.

  • In depth understanding of the organization, industry, and ability to anticipate future strategy and quickly summarize issues

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:

  • Possess cross functional experience with Finance, deal closing experience, price costing, and volume grid experience preferred

  • Experience utilizing Salesforce tool
