WaveMark™ Solutions is a scalable, enterprise-level, cloud-based platform that integrates with clinical and financial systems for healthcare customers. Through a strong portfolio of tools, WaveMark provides healthcare customers with supply chain visibility and control using proprietary software technology, along with a portfolio of advanced data capture solutions to manage all supplies from low-cost commodity supplies to high-cost devices, implants and tissue. This allows us to streamline workflows, deliver actionable insights, and provide services to manage change and enable the delivery of cost-effective care within the healthcare environment.

Accountabilities

The WaveMark™ Solutions Senior Marketing Manager is a new role to support the launch of solution enhancements as well as new product offerings within our portfolio. The individual in this role will be responsible for developing the go-to-market commercialization plans in partnership with broader cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and operations.

Success in this role requires the ability to (a) develop strategic and focused comprehensive launch plans; (b) strong attention to detail and project management skills to execute on outlined plans while managing budget considerations; and (c) comfort leading cross-functional projects inside a matrixed and geographically dispersed organization.

Responsible for defining the market strategy including customer need identification, market research, product or service offering, pricing, positioning, promotion, and branding for the launch of our new solution offering

Work collaboratively with Product Management team to ensure product design and timing are aligned with launch timing and product features are addressing customers’ needs

+

Define top target accounts and stakeholders to inform sales and marketing strategy

+

Lead efforts to outline success metrics and long-term goals for launch and maintain tracking and reporting against those goals

+

Develop appropriate media and tactical plan to support launch goals, inclusive of paid, earned, and owned media tactics

+

Lead briefing and collaboration with agency partners to develop the value proposition and core messaging to support launches, as needed

+

Create sales tools with the goal to increase qualified target leads as well as expedite the sales cycle

+

Train and empower sales representatives and customer success teams to effectively sell the new offerings and enhancements

+

Identify and remain current on market trends. Determine product/service lifecycle implications and makes recommendations to maintain market competitiveness and to achieve sustainable economic success.

Interact with other departments, such as product management, sales, account management and operations, to ensure a high level of client satisfaction through successful execution of projects and tools to enable success

Work collaboratively to develop the mechanisms and means to communicate project progress to keep leadership and key cross-functional members informed

Qualifications

+

Bachelors degree in marketing, or equivalent work experience, preferred.

+

8+ years experience in marketing, preferred.

+

Prior experience developing go-to-market plans and leading product launches

+

Experience with account-based marketing and B2B marketing is strongly preferred

+

Familiarity with healthcare IT not required but strongly preferred

+

Experience working with or for medical device manufacturers is preferred

+

Experience working and collaborating with a sales team

+
