BAMSI RN- Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
General Statement of Duties: This positon will work within the Certified Community Behavioral Healt Center (CCBHC), coordinating medical screening, providing direct care services including evidence based comprehensive and integrated client-centered care for persons served in collaboration with CCBHC providers and Primary Care Providers.

As a condition of employment, successful applicants will be required to be fully vaccinated, by their start date. Details related to demonstrating compliance with this requirement will be provided to candidates who have been selected for employment.
Coordinate medical screening and direct care services for Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) clients in collaboration with CCBHC providers and client Primary Care Providers.
Provide access to comprehensive and integrated client-centered care using evidence-based practice and assessment for the community and target populations.
Interface with key partners involved in the client’s care including other CBHC team members, behavioral health professionals, primary care providers, and social services.
Work as part of a team providing innovative approaches to behavioral and population health management, engaging clients, families and providers in care planning and coordination, decreasing fragmentation of care for the client, to create a replicable model for increasing access and ensuring care is provided in the best and least acute setting for the client.
Ongoing collaboration with providers, staff, quality, regulatory and payer agencies to optimize care across the continuum.
Perform duties consistent with agency/program policies and procedures.
Execute duties to reflect reasonable safety standards. Universal/standard precautions must be utilized and training obtained in areas that constitute risk.
Perform other related work duties as needed or as required by supervisor or designee.
Bachelor’s degree in nursing (B.S.N.) from a four-year college or university
Current Massachusetts Registered Nursing license
Preferred behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment
Valid drivers license in state of residence
Skills and knowledge required:
Competency with medical and psychiatric assessment and coordination of care
Experience working with chemically dependent adults and knowledge of harm reduction principles
Preference given to candidates with fluency in languages prevalent in Southeastern MA.
Travel: Up to 50%
