Who you are:

Oversee essential project and divisional duties including:

  • Driving our Incident and Injury Free (IIF) safety culture

  • Owning the P & L of one or many complex construction projects

  • Leading and developing your team

  • Fostering customer relationships

  • Facilitating project planning

  • Driving a project through the entire Aldridge Project Lifecycle

    We are pursuing experienced professionals with the following qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent construction/Union trade background

  • Proficient in estimating, scheduling, budgeting cost, field supervision, financial reporting, and client relationships

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to prioritize and manage time for yourself and other
