Honeywell PPE SME Trainer – High Risk - REMOTE in Massachusetts, Massachusetts

Design solutions to drive safe living and quality of life.

Implement development of eLearning or instructor-led training courses based upon technical documentation for technical and non-technical audiences. Develop training content & curricula based upon input from and the needs of the business. Assess success and efficiency of the training. Assess current training curriculum and update as required. Coordinate and deliver adult learnings/training as well as best practices as needed and required. Develop mechanisms for monitoring & auditing of training instructional design, coordination, delivery, and materials production.

Be part of a team that drives curriculum's that help clients become more knowledgeable of and efficient with our Safety, regulatory compliance and high-risk worksite activities. This role is remote but ideal candidates will live in the Eastern United States.

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $75,000-$95,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $80,000-$100,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Key Responsibilities

  • Work effectively with multiple functions to ensure that design and delivery of curriculum and supports certification requirements for business partners

  • Address customer's technical training needs by providing standard, semi-custom and fully customized course content to improve their business acumen, gain regulatory compliance and improve safety protocols.

  • Facilitate training & develop courses, create courses as needed

  • Direct & track all phases of training programs

  • Understand Training Needs

  • Measure Training Effectiveness

  • Travel up to 40% required

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in safety) ASP or CSP, CSST (or other Compliance training)

  • 5 + years of adult learning experience

  • 3+ years of experience as a trainer/educator for technical products

  • Ability to climb and work at heights and in confined spaces with inexperienced customers and other personnel

  • 3+ years working in a safety job

  • Knowledge of regulatory bodies and requirements for safety at heights (OSHA, ANSI, CSA)

  • Knowledge of eLearning course applications, including Lector, Articulate and more

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and Microsoft teams, zoom, word, and excel programs.
