We are seeking an entry-level, full-time laboratory technician to fulfill custom herb formula prescriptions. No previous lab experience is necessary as we provide training, however, it is a plus. General Function: The Lab Tech creates an exceptional product for our customers through following safety and quality assurance guidelines that are in adherence with the FDA?s guidelines. Major Duties & Responsibilities: . Responsible for basic operation, cleaning and ongoing maintenance of laboratory facility, tools and equipment. . Fulfill herbal formula prescriptions with accuracy . Assist in maintaining adequate stock levels in laboratory . Maintain required clean-room standards . Complies with all safety/regulatory requirements taught during training. . Assist with restocking lab products in the warehouse. . Other responsibilities as needed to maintain the standards set forth in our MCD documents. General Requirements: . Must be computer literate . Must be able to stand for long periods of time . Must have the ability to read and write English . Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds . Must have attention to detail . Must be able to work well in an often-solitary environment, but have a team player attitude. . Must have a high school diploma or an equivalent .
