3Sixty Property Management Administrative Assistant/Office Manager in Mashpee, Massachusetts

Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the office team & management - Answer & direct phone calls, take messages, & provide information to callers - Greet visitors & direct them to the appropriate person or department - Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, & data entry - Handle incoming & outgoing mail & packages - Assist with special projects & events as needed Skills: - Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills - Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office - Knowledge of phone systems & phone etiquette - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work - Ability to multitask & work well under pressure This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, & enjoys providing administrative support.
