What you will do

  • Support Key Product Operations activities (Field Actions, Pricing, KPI/Metric visibility).

  • Project Management for all Upstream Field actions,

  • At the request of the Product Manager generates and / or coordinates the FAP (Field Action Plan).

  • Creates a FAP and communicates with Global Service Engineering (GSE).

  • Works with QA (Quality) and other necessary teams to ensure that the FA (Field Action) team drafts the Customer Notification letter (CNL) and adheres to the Field Action Plan (FAP)

  • Leads and coordinates the Upstream FMI program as assigned.

  • Establish daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting rhythms to ensure pro-active resolve/communication of wing to wing (W2W) process.

  • Supports the establishment of granular KPI op mech within Upstream Product Management.

  • Support the yearly pricing uplift process and key pricing initiatives within the Product operations Team

  • Drive ITO linkage and insure seamless fulfilment handoff between design and commercial operations.

  • Attend weekly product supply calls to stay informed of potential delays that can affect our customer’s delivery expectations.

  • Provide proactive communication to all stakeholders on potential delivery delays as associated resolution efforts.

  • Communicate cross-functionally with various teams across the organization to ensure prompt resolve of W2W process. Including but not limited to Quotation, Planning, Sourcing and QA Teams.

  • Assist in the development and report of key performance metrics as well as maintain dashboards to ensure pro-active visibility across the Upstream Product Team.

Who you are:

  • Bachelors degree in business, technology, biotechnology, biochemistry or equivalent experience (defined as High School Diploma/GED and 4 years progressive experience in a technical field or project management)

  • Project management experience in a biopharmaceutical production / cGMP environment

  • An understanding of quality, sales and support processes, single use products knowledge

  • Ability to work effectively across functions to deliver results and execute multiple commitments within the Global Environment

  • Experience with and understanding of the methods of validation in GxP environment

  • Strong knowledge of relevant industrial standards such as GAMP5, ASTM E2500, ISPE, ICH

  • Multitasking abilities to drive critical issues simultaneously

  • Resourcefulness, commitment, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Excellent skills in MS Office products

  • Excellent skills in MS Project

  • Role is Based on Marlboro MA.

  • Be able to prioritize and run project with needed rigor to be able to meet delivery dates

  • Project Management certifications or equivalent work experience
