We are looking for a SOURCING MANAGER – TRAVEL & ENTERTAINMENT AND FLEET CATEGORIES to work with our expert INDIRECT SOURCING team of 18 employees across the world. Do you have a passion for SOURCING? Then we would love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

  • Responsible for the development & execution of the Sourcing Strategy for the assigned categories to develop, implement, program manage and sustain world class processes and tools which maximize synergies and optimize key stakeholder outcomes

  • Drives Category management and Sourcing practices against best-in-class benchmarks to identify improvement projects and achieve total best cost and value for categories, while taking ownership for corrective action and resolution for service quality issues with suppliers and internal stakeholders

  • Interface with Business Leadership where appropriate to understand Business priorities and determine appropriate execution strategies, to include leading the communication strategy by establishing a reporting rigor for metrics and other communication vehicles to appropriate Leadership

Who you are

  • You have an MBA (preferred) or a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college

  • You have 5+ years of experience in Sourcing/Procurement, Program Management, or Supply Chain Operations

  • You are a proven subject matter expertise in the indirect spend categories of travel and fleet

  • You have knowledge of key suppliers for this category at the executive level

  • You have significant experience in contract negotiation with global suppliers navigating complex, regulatory landscapes and processes

  • You have global experience working with geographically dispersed teams in a complex matrix organization

  • You display the quality of an aggressive self-starter

  • You are willing and able to travel at least 25% of the time and internationally when needed

  • You have demonstrated professional oral/written communication and negotiation skills

  • You have knowledge of the marketplace, current market conditions, pricing and sources of supply

  • You have demonstrated ability to motivate, influence people and drive change at all levels of the organization

  • You have a proven ability to resolve operational risks and drive solutions to completion with a sense of urgency

  • You exhibit the ability to exercise a high degree of independent judgment and analysis (problem solving skills and a diplomatic attitude)

  • You have demonstrated a track-record of leading with the highest level of integrity with a focus on compliance

  • You have excellent business/financial acumen proficient in leading and setting direction with a proven ability to influence/communicate at all levels; establish good relationships, drive change across functional and global boundaries

  • You have demonstrated ability to lead courageously, maintaining a strong position amidst opposition to resolve important issues, and ability to navigate through a large complex business
