Precision Navigation, within the Collins Resilient Navigation Systems (RNS) business unit, is seeking a highly motivated individual for the Air Traffic Navigation, Integration & Coordination System (ATNAVICS) Portfolio to join the team as a Value Stream Leader (VSL), Sr Program Manager. This VSL position is accountable for growth and execution on the U.S. Marine Corps and Air Force contracts within the ATNAVICS portfolio with $10M+/year in sales managing a highly motivated program team and interacting with multiple customers. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated Self- starter with ability to multi task and work with large complex teams with demonstrated experience working Development/Sustainment/logistics programs, developing recovery plans.

What You Will Do
YOU WILL be responsible for the financial, schedule and technical performance of the ATNAVICS programs and pursuits, to include capture of new business opportunities, developing product strategies, executing current contracts and follow-on phases
YOU WILL regularly interface with our functional counterparts such as Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain Operations, and Quality
YOU WILL act as the primary customer contact to ensure customer needs/concerns are addressed and works to develop new upgrades and value Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) which may require the preparation of briefing packages, white papers, technical proposals, and Program Plans. ATNAVICS is a system of systems and will require regular interfaces with suppliers/subcontractors to ensure timely execution of the programs
YOU WILL provide leadership to the program team. This includes performance inputs/feedback and supporting overall team needs
YOU WILL Travel domestically up to 10%
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience
Prior experience in maintaining Program Financial Controls including: Earned Value Management Systems, budgeting, scheduling, Risk and Opportunity Management, and Forecasting Sales, Profit and Cash for monthly reporting
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer
Minimum 3 years of experience working on radar or Air Traffic Control (ATC) programs during design, development, and production phases and experience in mobile ATC systems
Experience working in the defense and/or aerospace market with U.S. and or Department of Defense or other Government agencies and OEMs
Solid understanding of various contract types
Tier 4 Raytheon Program Management Certification or equivalent
Captured Management Certified or within ability to achieve certification within 12 months

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
