Raytheon Technologies Mgr I Financial Analysis in Marlborough, Massachusetts
Reporting to the Business Manager for Automation and Next Generation Weather programs, this is an exciting opportunity to take on Financial Planning & Analysis activities across a broad array of domestic and international programs involving the Air Traffic Control, Next Generation Weather, and STARS program areas.
The FP&A Manager will support and lead finance team members through various weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual requirements including the following: Short Range Outlook (SRO), Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Long Range Plan (LRP), Investment Planning, Cash Forecasting and Collections, Monthly Business Reviews, Monthly Forecast Reviews, and Ad-hoc Reporting. The FP&A Manager will also be essential to the completion of monthly forecasts - including metric-based risks and opportunities - and development of the overall AOP/LRP.
The effective candidate will lead initiatives for developing and streamlining value-added processes and financial reporting activities.
This position will allow for high visibility to Key finance and product line leaders across the program area while serving as the primary point of contact to the broader CAMS FP&A team.
The FP&A Manager will need to provide timely and accurate quantitative financial analysis to help support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate for this role will, therefore, be someone who can think strategically, multitask on a regular basis, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Qualified candidate may be able to work remotely at management discretion.
Minimum of 6 years of relevant Finance experience.
Excellent computer skills, including a high level of proficiency with advanced Microsoft Excel functions (Pivot Tables, Lookups, etc.).
Highly developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills including a demonstrated ability to create complex reports and succinctly present information to all levels of organization.
Proficiency with SAP/APEX, RPLAN, and Business Warehouse/Analysis (BW/AO) reporting.
Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Previous exposure to financial planning and analysis, indirect rate modeling, ROI modeling, and cash accounting.
Understanding of Raytheon financial and accounting policies and procedures.

Bachelor’s degree in Business with a major in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related business field with minimum 6 years of relevant finance experience or MBA with minimum 4 years of direct finance experience.
This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
