Job Description Summary

Coach, drive and lead lean behaviors, principles, and tools across a operational or functional area. Drive cultural transformation resulting in step-change in operational business metrics.

Support and lead LEAN activities, in efforts to build capabilities and support the continuous improvement culture and drive business improvements

Job Description

  • Supporting the analysis, planning, design, implementation and evaluation of key improvement projects to help teams achieve their business priorities and goals. .

  • Applying LEAN principles and tools when addressing and gaps and barriers to success.

  • Conducting research and analysis to understand the needs of the team and its Continuous Improvement Projects.

  • Developing strategies to optimize the LEAN culture and capabilities.

  • Implementing actionable business objectives of leading with a LEAN mindset to achieve goals.

  • Support, build and implement the tools required to expand lean capabilities across people, processes and technology.

  • Support the data generation and data analysis of key data that is referenced for improvement efforts.

  • Detailed use of the following technology areas; Microsoft Teams, Miro Collaboration, Smart Sheet, Microsoft Office Suite
