Our client is a Global Medical Device Company headquartered in Marlborough, MA. Comprised of over 6,000 dedicated employees. Their mission is to make it possible to detect, diagnose and treat illnesses and other health conditions earlier and more effectively. Oracle Functional Consultant will play a critical role in leading system integrations for acquired companies with a focus on providing business process guidance, problem solving, and systems expertise. The role focuses on Oracle Manufacturing, Oracle Supply Chain/Planning, and Oracle Procurement/Purchasing. This position allows for remote work but will require 25% travel (international -- typically once a month for 3-5 days). This is an opportunity to join a cutting-edge company and support their global expansion. In this role you will:

* Assess integration requirements and develop overall integration plans for the Service workstream.

* Drive business process discussions, problem solving, and demonstrate systems expertise to fully support each integration.

* Be responsible for functional data mapping, transformation designs, and providing instructions to technical resources performing the data conversion activities.

* Participate in continuous improvement activities to standardize templates, tools, and approaches to integration activities related to acquisitions

* Document the implemented solution and perform knowledge transfer sessions with other IT resources.

* Deploy solution configurations following company Release Management practices, policies, and procedures.

* Ability to work and build confidence with Senior Management on integration initiatives that help the client realize the value of the acquisition.

* Provides guidance to business workstream leaders and removes barriers.

* Develop detailed functional specification for business processes throughout each integration project as well as offer solutions and improvements for business optimization.

* Lead and participate in solution verification efforts for production releases, executing solution unit test plans and verifying business User Acceptance Testing.

* Document business requirements related to reporting and analytics and communicate those requirements to technical reporting resources.

Compensation:

$_65/hr to $80/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

* Minimum of 5+ years experience implementing solutions with Oracle Supply Chain through implementation lifecycles.

* Implementation, integration, or migration experience, specifically with Oracle.

* Expertise with Oracle Supply Chain Planning, Oracle Manufacturing, Oracle Procurement/Purchasing

* Expert knowledge of business process, documentation, and mapping within oracle modules

* Proven ability to navigate a matrixed organization structure and develop strong business partner relationships with leadership and key stakeholders across lines of business.

* Strong analytical skills, problem solving, and communications skills.

* Ability to travel up to 25% global travel as required by projects (domestic and international)

* Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems, or a related field -Experience with cost management applications

-Agile product lifecycle management experience

-Stationed in EMEA region and interested in a long-term engagement null
