In addition to a project that will provide maximum experience and exposure in you desired field, the Hologic College Relations team provides opportunities to learn more about the company, network with leadership, and develop the skills needed to succeed in your future career.

The Global Services Learning and Development team is a group of Specialists responsible for delivering the next generation of innovations in training to 500+ Field Service Engineers, and the rest of Global Services.

Throughout the 10-12 weeks you’ll have the opportunity to participate in the following:

• Assist the Instructional Designer and the Lead Specialist in developing cutting edge training for Hologic’s next Gen Products.

We’re looking for bright, inquisitive problem solvers who strive to make a difference. Key qualifications include the following:

• Able to work full time over the summer months (May/June – August/Sept)

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program and have at least one semester remaining to complete after the internship

• Rising Senior or Graduate Student

• Majoring in Instructional or Graphic Design preferred

• Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.2 / 4.0

• Strong Written and verbal communication skills

• Experience or exposure to working with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Experience with Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline, Review), Camtasia, and Adobe Suite are a plus

• Experience with AI, AR, MR or VR are a plus

• Ability to work onsite in Marlborough, MA. Intern housing, relocation, and housing stipends are not provided.

The hourly pay range for this role is $23 - $28 per hour. Compensation is determined by class standing and operational function.
