By joining the Product Development team as an Engineering Intern, you will be working alongside dedicated individuals who are fighting to eradicate cervical cancer across the globe.

Throughout the 10-12 weeks you'll have the opportunity to participate in the following:

• Collaboration: Work alongside the Hologic engineering team to research, design, and develop new products for the Hologic Diagnostics division.

• Prototyping: Build and test prototypes in a world-class engineering facility. Use prototyping tools like 3D printers and the machine shop to bring concepts to reality.

• Software Tools: Gain real-world experience with the latest software analysis tools such as Solidworks, Matlab, Python, C+ Research Opportunities: Explore research opportunities from both technical and business perspectives.

We're looking for bright, inquisitive problem solvers who strive to make a difference. Key qualifications include the following:

• Able to work full-time over the summer months (start and end date flexible; generally May/June through August/Sept)

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program and have at least one semester remaining to complete after the internship

• Rising Senior preferred

• Majoring in Electrical, Mechanical, or Robotics engineering

• Min cumulative GPA of 3.2 / 4.0 preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Interest in Healthcare Marketing

• Ability to work onsite at our Marlborough, MA campus. Intern housing, relocation, and housing stipends are not provided.

The hourly pay range for this role is $22 - $28 per hour. Compensation is determined by class standing and operational function.
