Adecco US, Inc. Data Entry Specialist in Marlborough, Massachusetts

Are you a detail-oriented and analytical professional with experience in accounting and finance?

Adecco’s client is seeking a Sr. Data Entry Professional (Financials) to join their team in Marlborough, MA.

What you’ll do:

· Review and process invoices for payment.

· Code invoices to appropriate accounts.

· Identify and resolve coding and pricing issues.

· Maintain payment and tracking logs.

· Prepare year-end accruals.

· Process non-contractual and special project invoices.

· Support real estate projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.

· 8+ years of experience in accounting or finance.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel.

· Knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.

· Experience with Oracle and DocuSign preferred.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Note:

This role is Hybrid; thus, open to candidates in/around/near Marlborough, MA.

Pay Details: $28.50 per hour
