Kelly Services Corporate Controller in Marlborough, Massachusetts

Corporate Controller position available in Marlborough, MA. This is a direct hire opportunity with a pay range of $110-130K


The controller position is responsible for the accounting operations of the company and has direct and/or indirect supervision of the Finance Department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, invoicing and credit/collections and is responsible for managing the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner.


• Obtain and maintain financial reporting and general ledger structure

• Supervise the daily operations of payroll

• Analyze delinquent accounts, provide recommendations for resolution and

• Ensure an accurate and timely quarterly and year end close

• Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly/quarterly financial information

• Assist the Treasurer in the daily banking requirements

• Support budget and forecasting activities

• Collaborate with the finance department managers

• Monitor and develop more efficient procedures

• Respond to inquiries from the Executive Management team

• Work with the Treasurer to ensure a clean and timely year-end audit

• Supervise the general ledger group

• Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures

• Provided training to new and existing staff as needed
