Raytheon’s Naval Radar Systems Department within the Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) Directorate is seeking for a Computer Infrastructure (CI) Team Lead to provide Computer Infrastructure Subject Matter Expertise in support of an advanced naval radar program.
What You Will Do
The Computer Infrastructure Team Lead will be responsible for the overall management of the Computer Infrastructure across all program Land Base Test Sites (LBTS), shipyards, and in-plant locations
Provide System Administration and Network Engineering leadership to the Computer Infrastructure team
Support the training and development of Computer Infrastructure personnel for deployment to LBTS and shipyard locations
Develop and implement new infrastructure to support integration and test needs
Accountable for the configuration management and documentation of the SPY-6 User Development Environments across LBTSs and in-plant as well as shipyard tactical equipment
Manage LBTS, shipyard, and in-plant computer infrastructure hardware repair, replacement, and spares
Develop and maintain system/network diagrams, track system utilization, deploy/maintain software, and support Cybersecurity compliance
Coordinate, write, and deliver technical briefs to both internal and external customers
Regular travel is expected, up to 25%.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
Current Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level III certification
Experience with Linux and/or Windows environments
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. OR Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience with Network attached storage devices
CompTIA – Network+ Certification
Experience working with classified information systems and NSA Encryptors
Understanding of Dell OS9 or Cisco IOS command line and DDS communications methodologies
Experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF) security standards, ACAS scanning, STIGs, NetApp configuration, management and troubleshooting
Experience with Dell, Cisco and Mellanox infiniband switches, System monitoring software (preferably OpManager), Cyber mitigation (Application Whitelisting, ACLs, RBAC), Radius, IdM (Identity Management), ForcePoint Next Gen firewall config and management, and Luks encryption
Master's Degree in Information Technologies, Computer/Network Engineering, Computer Science or related technical discipline

This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
