Job Title: Assembly Technician

Job Description

The Assembly Technician will be part of the Production Team and responsible for the assembly, testing, and packaging of microwave components, working under the supervision of the Production Lead. This is a new position within the team, and the roles and responsibilities can be expected to evolve with time and experience.

Pay

$20/hr - $27/hr

Skills

• Manufacturing Experience

• Comfortable using small hand tools

• Working under a microscope periodically

• Assemble microwave components according to written and verbal work instructions

• Perform assembly tasks and inspections of small parts

• Use a wire bonder to make electrical connections

• Work with computer-automated test equipment

• Perform quality inspection of finished product

• Operate a small reflow soldering oven

• Perform soldering of small parts by hand

• Ability to work with the Engineering team daily

• Provide feedback regarding assembly, test, or quality issues

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Marlborough, Massachusetts.
