Robert Half Business Systems Analyst in Marlboro, Massachusetts
Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst in Marlboro, Massachusetts. The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to work within our dynamic team and contribute to our vibrant work environment.
Responsibilities:
• Analyzing business requirements and converting them into functional specifications for system enhancements and customizations.
• Configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 Business Central for specific business needs.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing solutions for more efficient workflows.
• Developing training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users.
• Planning and executing data migration activities between systems.
• Performing system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Troubleshooting system issues and providing timely solutions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Utilizing Agile Scrum methodology in the project management process.
• Using Excel and Word in the execution of tasks.
• Leveraging knowledge of Business Process Functions, Business Requirement Document, User Stories, Requirements Gathering, Design requirements, Functional specifications, Navision, and Dynamics 365 Business Central. Requirements • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies
• Comprehensive understanding of Business Process Functions
• Proven ability to develop and manage Business Requirement Documents
• Skilled in creating and implementing User Stories
• Demonstrated expertise in Requirements Gathering and Design requirements
• Proficiency in creating Functional specifications
• Experience with Navision is a plus
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Business Central is desirable Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
