We are currently looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant for a reputable company in the Mansfield, MA area. This role would require the support of a sales team, running and producing reports, tracking data, and weekly updates for the Sales team. If qualified and interested, please directly for immediate consideration.

salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Generate and format regular reports for internal and external department needs.

  • Maintain documentation for reporting procedures, including data sources, methodologies, and schedules.

  • Optimize reporting processes by identifying and implementing solutions.

  • Stay updated with the latest reporting technologies and tools.

  • Coordinate texting campaigns, ensuring content accuracy and distribution.

  • Support the launch of new field-facing technology systems, including user testing and troubleshooting.

  • Assist with Customer Satisfaction and company-wide strategies as needed.

  • Support Customer Service activities, including call center training and monitoring social media for system outages during certain weekends.

  • Adapt quickly to shifting core responsibilities based on business needs.

  • Manage time effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks using platforms like Asana, Outlook, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Seek continuous personal and professional development through company-provided resources, online courses, task force involvement, and cross-departmental collaborations
