• Expert in (I&C) Instrumentation and Controls for Manufacturing Processes and Facilities equipment.

• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and operating difficulties and make necessary repairs or adjustments.

• Operates effectively with minimal supervision, may oversee the work of others.

• Train and mentor technical community personnel to ensure Process Fit to Plant methodology and practices are ingrained into the execution of all projects and consistently used by the technical community.

• Will need to learn our Building Management Software to better maintain the facility

• Develop new and continuous improvement practices. Evaluates an implements innovative technologies

• Provide technical leadership of multi-functional teams on many projects / process improvements and resolves inter-functional issues

• Effective and regular collaboration with internal departments (manufacturing, quality, engineering) to develop standards and define project needs and priorities, as well as recruiting team members to execute and complete projects.

• Compliance with the GMP, EHS and other regulatory requirements and guidelines, which are connected to the respective function

• Optimize design, program, processes and/or technical platform to meet current and future needs

• Maintain records in accordance with SOPs and Protocols.

• Solicit professional services as required to maintain equipment and building systems.

• Make facilities and manufacturing equipment repair/replacement recommendations to management.

• Assisting in reducing downtimes when possible
