The Lynn Assembly and Test Plant Manager will lead all aspects of daily operations including environmental health and safety, quality, delivery, costs, and culture.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of salaried reports consisting of business leaders, technical personnel, and a lean leader as well as dotted line reports from other organizations.

  • Build a positive, diverse, and inclusive environment that is focused on the pursuit of excellence in operations, EHS, quality, delivery, productivity, lean, and culture.

  • Define and execute short and long-term strategy to meet business and customer needs.

  • Lead and work across cross-functional teams to ensure achievement of operational and financial metrics including on time delivery, delinquency reduction, productivity, quality, work force planning, compliance, safety, and cost.

  • Develop and foster strong relationships with campus leadership. Local union leaders, internal product line teams and external customers and regulators

  • Promote and drive FLIGHT DECK methodology and a continuous improvement mindset.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Operation leadership experience
