Aerotek Customer Service Representative in Lynn, Massachusetts


Top 5 Must Haves:

  1. Reliability/ Good attendance and 100% commitment.

  2. 1+ years' customer service experience (doesn't have to be in an office setting)

  3. Basic Computer skills- Navigates Windows Efficiently

  4. Flexibility in work schedule for when things change down the road (after 6 months)

  5. Intangibles: Organizational skills, Attention to Detail, Responsiveness, Deadline driven, Professionalism, punctuality, etc.

Candidates will be handling customers all day, assisting them getting set up with accounts, passwords, logging personal information, etc. The project is very repetitive and easy to be trained on but we are looking for someone who is Customer Service focused long-term and reliable.

-Needs to be able to communicate and hold a conversation

-Basic Computer Skills (excel, word, outlook)- Able to navigate Windows

-Reliability; Posses great attendance weekly (40 hours)

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Looking for people who are very vocal and can communicate well. Able to make decisions independently. Someone who comes in and asks a ton of good questions during training.

Looking for an upbeat, Customer Service Generalist. You will be handling customers all day, assisting them getting set up with accounts, passwords, logging personal information, etc. Receiving 75 phone calls a day; all incoming calls. Training is first 3-4 of the role until up and running. .
