Description

As a Transmission Technician for UKG you will be an integral member of a dynamic team responsible for the high-quality support of our Human Capital Management products and related transmissions within the UDES Central organization. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our comprehensive UKG products, providing in-depth analysis and timely resolutions/workarounds for client-scenarios in areas related to file and data transmissions.

The qualified candidate has knowledge of HRMS systems, Payroll and/or Human Resources, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Primary / Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding quality support to internal and external customers with a high degree of satisfaction and technical expertise, with thorough and timely response.

Monitor transmission support queues and self-assign work. Collaborate with internal partners to assist on projects as needed.

Provide ongoing monitoring of critical payroll business file transfers on behalf of our customers and professional services.

Partner with various stakeholders in working to facilitate, isolate, qualify, resolve or provide solutions for problems reported by customers.

Utilize internal tools and documentation to promote efficiency and standardization. Provide input on methodology and process improvements.

Provide front-line problem analysis, remediation and/or escalation for payroll related files.

Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

Maintain established level of productivity and meet assigned productivity requirements.

Set and manage proper expectations with customers, internal and external.

Qualifications

Required qualifications

PST or MST timezone required

Excellent analysis, problem determination and troubleshooting skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills; being able to communicate effectively via printed material, on the telephone, and over electronic services.

Work independently with minimal supervision.

Customer-focused, positive and professional attitude.

Deep understanding of SFTP and file transfer technologies including encryption.

Preferred qualifications

1-3 years of experience with file transmissions.

1-3 years of experience with Globalscape and/or Informatica platforms.

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Business.

Prior experience in a customer support or transmission role.

1-3 years of experience with UKGPro systems.

1-3 years of experience with SalesForce.

Colorado, New York, Washington, and California Pay Law

The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $36000 to $56000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
