We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will support the Senior Director of FP&A with data transformation, financial analysis, and creating visualizations to be shared with cross-functional teams. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data management, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze financial data from various sources.

• Develop detective methods that support improved data reliability and accuracy

• Collaborate with various departments to gather and validate financial data.

• Support the Senior Director of FP&A in ad-hoc analysis and special projects.

• Data Governance Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain data governance policies and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with data governance standards and best practices.

• Monitor data quality and integrity across financial systems.

• Collaborate with IT and other departments to resolve data issues and improve data management processes.

• Conduct regular audits of financial data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Data Science, or a related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, financial planning and analysis, or a related role.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

The pay range for this position is $70,100 to $100,800, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
