Position Purpose: Senior Level Contributor to lead the development and validation of manufacturing processes and associated equipment to fabricate components and full stack assemblies for EvolOH?s advanced electrolyzer stack products. Min 15 years? progressive experience in a manufacturing engineering capacity; desirable to have some experience in New Product Introduction with equipment and process development focus. Responsibilites Lead the development and implementation of effective manufacturing processes and equipment for electrolyzer cell component fabrication and stack assembly for low volume, operator-centric, as well as high volume, automated approaches. Interface as required with vendors to achieve equipment deliverables. Design for Manufacturability and Assembly Analyses and implementation. Design fixturing and tooling for the development and validation of production concepts. Manage design, build, installation, and validation of component processing equipment, product assembly fixtures, and associated tooling. Create and maintain process documentation (Process Flow Documents, PFMEAs, BOMs, ECNs.) Create and maintain equipment status and open issues list, and capital budget status. Report Progress to EvoLOH Management and escalate unresolved issues in a timely manner. Evaluation and resolution of equipment and production issues. Support the preparation of capital planning and budgets. Experience in rapid scale-up of new products and operations is a benefit Education Bachelor?s degree in Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering required, with a Master?s and/or MBA desirable.
