Xylem Lead Operations Support (Trainer) in Lowell, Massachusetts

We are Hiring a Lead Operations Support (Trainer)!
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
Conduct skills based and soft skills training sessions
Create and maintain learning materials for programs
Work closely with leadership and subject matter experts to design, create, and deliver a variety of training materials to teams within the WSS – LIT group.
Meet with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for new training content
Provide administrative support for training content within Workday
Compile feedback and report on current training effectiveness and recommend strategies for improved training experiences
Access and evaluate learner progress
Create and maintain educational, training team and business process documentation
Research new teaching methods
Create business reports and audits to support LIT operations
Other projects/tasks as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Training, or Education preferred with 3 years of applicable work experience
Required:
Experience with ERP system, such as SAP, preferred, not required
Experience with LMS content management and creation systems, such as Articulate 360, preferred, not required
Experience with Workday Learning Platform.
Prior experience as a trainer or similar position preferred, not required
Knowledge and/or experience related to water industry preferred, not required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to identify gaps in skills
Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches
Organizational and time management skills include the ability to prioritize multiple projects/tasks
Able to execute tasks with high levels of autonomy
Strong understanding of general business concepts/processes
Solid User of standard Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Salary range:
$52,900.00 - $84,600.00
