Massachusetts Employer Inside Sales Coordinator in Lowell, Massachusetts

Local Company is looking for a full time Inside Sales Coordinator IDEAL CANDIDATE: - Trustworthy, multi-tasker and pro-active - Mature, responsible and someone who wants to be part of an established yet growing business - Highly organized, positive energy and attentive to details - Excellent oral and writing communication skills JOB DUTIES: Obtain customer requirements communicating via phone or PC Research product options and availability of inventory using PC Supply quotes to perspective customers Place orders using internal documents and procedures Communicate with Production to maintain promised delivery dates Support Inside Sales Reps as needed Works independently and takes initiative with good judgment Assists or manages assigned special projects or additional duties as needed SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Have a positive, outgoing personality Sales / Customer Service experience preferred but not necessary Intermediate level of proficiency with Quick books Pro, MS Office, i.e., emailing, setting up conference calls, appointments, presentations, or spreadsheets etc. Capacity to follow direction and work independently as well as part of our team. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to adapt with changing daily demands Detail orientated Ability to lift to 40 lbs.
