Description

We are in search of a Help Desk Analyst to become a valuable part of our team in Lowell, Massachusetts. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for users facing software and hardware issues, providing exceptional customer service while troubleshooting and resolving these issues. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, allowing you to grow and develop within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Route tickets to appropriate technical resource for resolving user issues related to computers, networks, and software

• Route tickets to appropriate technical resource for complex issues

• Provide clear and concise technical explanations to users with varying technical abilities

• Document and track all user issues within our ticketing system

• Assist users with various cloud-based applications such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while delivering exceptional customer service

• Utilize skills in Citrix Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, Lotus Notes, Microsoft, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deskside Support, Desktop Hardware, and Ticketing System

• Work with A/V equipment and provide mobile device support when necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Help Desk Analyst or in a similar role.

• Experience in using a ticketing system for managing and tracking issues.

• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness to stay updated on the latest technology trends and continuous learning.
