BEHAVIOR MONITOR
Lowell, MA
Who You Are:
BA in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Special Education or human service-related field REQUIRED. Experience (minimum 2 years) in implementing principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) REQUIRED. Experience in implementing positive behavior support plans and teaching new skills. Experience working with youth 21 years and under with serious emotional and behavioral challenges or Autism. Highly organized. Excellent written and interpersonal skills, team player. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for providing in-home behavioral services support.
What You Will Do :
Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments and learning needs assessments in family homes
Assist in designing positive behavior support and skill acquisition plans with individualized behavioral goals
Implement, model and monitor progress of individualized plans based on data analysis under the supervision of BCBA
Collaborate with youth team members
Assist in training parents and caregivers who implement plans with children and families on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
