Warehouse Manager Lisa Scheff Designs is seeking a diligent and organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse and Operations Manager. Lisa Scheff Designs is a full-service interior design firm based out of Longmeadow, MA serving Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. The warehouse and operations manager will work closely with our procurement team to ensure that the team?s vision becomes a reality. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, assembly, quality control, order fulfillment, delivery, and customer interaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. This position will be in our warehouse located in Enfield, CT and is Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. Responsibilities: The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment as well as all interior design deliveries. Previous experience in warehouse management and delivery operations. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record. Ability to safely and efficiently move heavy merchandise (furniture and building materials) and to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hrs. Full-Time position with benefits Starting salary range is \$40,000+ commensurate with experience.
