What would you do as a Memory Care Coordinator As a Memory Care Coordinator at JGS Lifecare in Longmeadow, you will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized care plans for residents in Ruth\'s House Assisted Living center. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include organizing and leading engaging activities that promote cognitive stimulation, social interaction, and emotional well-being. You will collaborate with the nursing team to ensure that residents\' individual care needs are met effectively. Additionally, you will provide support and guidance to residents and their families, fostering a compassionate and inclusive environment. Your role will involve maintaining accurate records, monitoring residents\' progress, and participating in team meetings to discuss care strategies and best practices.
