About the role:

The Supply Chain Operations, Manager is responsible for leading teams and processes related to the supply, storage, transportation, and distribution of equipment, materials, and goods. This role ensures the efficient and effective management of supply chain activities, contributing to the organization's overall success. You will report to the Head of Supply Planning.

How you will contribute:

• Lead multiple teams of executives, directors/senior managers, and managers

• Develop and implement long-term supply chain strategies in alignment with global objectives

• Manage supplier relationships and oversee procurement processes

• Optimize logistics and supply chain management to improve efficiency

• Ensure effective inventory control and materials planning

• Mentor and train junior staff in supply chain best practices

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in health science, packaging, engineering, business or logistics management preferred

• Minimum of 3 years of planning and operations experience or combination thereof

• Proficient in presentation tools and techniques

• Proficient in application of materials management and packaging tools and techniques

• Working knowledge of SAP/IBP planning tools or ability to quickly become proficient with using these tools

U.S. Base Salary Range:

108,500.00 - 170,500.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
