About the role: As a Sr. Recruiting Manager at KabaFusion, you will directly manage and lead KabaFusion?s talent acquisition team. Working with the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition, you will assist with the development of department goals and objectives, revisions to the hiring process to maximize efficiency, and assist in the development and implementation of training materials for the talent acquisition staff and hiring managers. This has day-to-day oversight along with carrying a case load of open requisitions. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: ? Develop and engage talent acquisition team along with managing team performance, development, performance management, coaching and counseling; provides constructive and timely feedback and performance evaluations. ? Stay current with employment trends and technology, making recommendations and assisting in the implementation of new processes and procedures. ? Assist the Sr. Director of TA to strategize and execute advanced recruiting techniques to identify and attract talented and highly qualified candidates. ? Cultivate a strong and supportive environment where there is shared ownership with functional leaders around hiring top talent. As a Sr. Recruiting Manager, you bring: ? Bachelor?s degree in business or related field or technical equivalent will be considered. ? Minimum of 3 years recruiting, talent acquisition or human resources supervisory experience required, experience in a healthcare environment helpful. ? A minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience required. ? SHRMs Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential or other healthcare recruiter credential such as CHCR, RACR, etc desired.
