Description:

• Assist study leads with combination drug-device assembly and test sample preparation.

• Coordinate gamma irradiation runs.

• Assist study leads with in vitro release study preparation, daily sampling and media replacements.

• Handle receiving materials on site and domestic/international shipping (including hazardous materials).

• Receiving materials on site and perform domestic/international shipping (hazardous/nonhazardous materials).

• Assist with new equipment purchase/implementation and decommissioning/removal of unnecessary or obsolete equipment.

• Maintain laboratory cleaning schedule and organize clean-outs as needed

• Monitor space needs (benches, storage, etc.) and ensure that needs are met.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 or 4 year degree - sciences or engineering field.

• Have experience in a lab and knowledge of basic lab safety and documentation.

• Demonstrate independence in deciding when to do what and how to prioritize tasks.

• Lab supervision experience would be a plus
