POSITION FEATURES:

THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION WITH OCCASIONAL TRAVEL DUE TO GLOBAL RESPONSIBILITIES.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

The Information Security Office (ISO) Project Manager develops, manages and executes project timelines, deliverables and metrics for team functions to ensure achievement of project goals. The ISO Project Manager will be responsible for managing risk, issues and problem resolution. Identify barriers within the team and remove them in support of delivering projects on time and within budget. Work with others to resolve difficult problems and escalate issues appropriately.

ISO PROJECT MANAGER FOCUS:

• Experience with Agile/Waterfall project management

• Familiarity and working experience with one and or multiple Cybersecurity domains

• Familiarity and working experience with NIST CSF and other Cybersecurity frameworks

• Demonstrated ability to foster collaborative approach to project delivery

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead efforts on process development, implementation, standardization and documentation for all business divisions for Fresenius Medical Care.

• Gather effective requirements form key stakeholders and document requirements. Ensure products/deliverables meet specifications of stakeholder requirements.

• Use functional, business and technical knowledge to deliver the best solutions. Seek and utilize relevant functional, business and technical knowledge to identify and recommend the best solutions to customers.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement to internal team processes or to support the business processes, products or services.

• Identify strategic improvements in what is delivered to clients. Recommend organizational, business and/or technical strategies to leadership.

• Lead and assist with technology implementations that will serve as process improvements and will streamline functions, resulting in efficiency gains.

• Communicate and manage communication. Create and deliver communication messages that are appropriate based on the message, audience and content.

• Prepare communication and change management plans for projects identifying key vehicles and methods to communicate to project stakeholders on implementation, marketing and deliverables.

• Provide assistance to junior level staff with general tasks that require a better understanding of functions, as directed by immediate supervisor.

• May refer to senior level staff for assistance with higher level problems that may arise.

• Review and comply with the Code of Business Conduct and all applicable company policies and procedures, local, state and federal laws and regulations.

• Assist with various projects as assigned by direct supervisor.

• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION :

Bachelor's Degree required

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 2 - 5 years' related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent directly related work experience.

• Experience with Agile/Waterfall project management required.

• Familiarity and working experience with NIST CSF and other Cybersecurity frameworks

• Familiarity and working experience with one and or multiple Cybersecurity domains

• Experience working with virtual or dotted line resources.

• Excellent leadership abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Must be organized, detail oriented and have excellent follow up skills.

• Must be able to manage and lead medium to large scale projects and initiatives with minimal supervision.

• Must be technically proficient with business productivity applications.
