Founded on February 25, 2002, we have 20 years of experience as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving low income, underinsured, uninsured, publicly housed, and homeless populations in 35 cities and towns in North Central Massachusetts.
Diagnose, manage, and treat conditions and diseases of the human eye and visual system. Examine eyes and visual system, diagnose problems or impairments, prescribe corrective lenses, and provide treatment. May prescribe therapeutic drugs to treat specific eye conditions.
Requires a doctorate in optometry (OD) with a Massachusetts therapeutics level optometry license and be board certification in optometry.
Current Massachusetts Controlled Substances required.

Minimum of five years professional experience preferred
Public Health experience preferred.
Proficient reading, writing, and speaking in English required
