Description We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst I to join our team in Lee, Massachusetts, United States. This role is part of the tech industry and the chosen candidate will provide support in various technologies including Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Mac Computers, and Microsoft. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide primary support and troubleshooting for issues related to Android Development.

• Manage and maintain systems related to Cisco Technologies.

• Address and resolve issues related to Citrix Technologies promptly.

• Assist users in navigating and resolving issues related to Mac Computers.

• Provide support and guidance in the use of Microsoft tools and software.

• Manage Active Directory and ensure its optimal operation.

• Troubleshoot issues related to Apple Devices.

• Maintain and repair Computer Hardware when necessary.

• Ensure Configuration Management processes are followed and updated.

• Assist in software and hardware Deployments across the company. Requirements • Proficiency in Android Development

• Familiarity with Cisco Technologies

• Knowledge and experience with Citrix Technologies

• Ability to work with Mac Computers and Apple Devices

• Expertise in Microsoft and Active Directory

• Understanding of Computer Hardware and Configuration Management

• Experience in Deployments

• Ability to work in a team and independently

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Proactive approach to troubleshooting and system improvements

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and updates

• Flexibility to work in shifts if required
