Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst I in Lee, Massachusetts, 01238, United States. This role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting services for end-users who need assistance with their computer hardware or software.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues

• Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources

• Update customer data and produce activity reports

• Walk customers through problem solving process

• Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations

• Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure of trouble tickets

• Recommend procedure modifications or improvements

• Preserve and grow knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services

• Utilize Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Mac Computers, and Microsoft knowledge to solve technical issues.

• Use Active Directory, Apple Devices, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Deployment skills to support and assist customers. Requirements • Proficiency in Android Development is required.

• Demonstrable experience with Cisco Technologies is a must.

• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies is needed.

• Proficiency in using and troubleshooting Mac Computers is a must.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft software and platforms is required.

• Understanding and experience with Active Directory is necessary.

• Experience with Apple Devices is desired.

• Proficiency in understanding and troubleshooting Computer Hardware is required.

• Knowledge of Configuration Management practices is needed.
