Accounting & Payroll Specialist Job Type: Direct Hire Pay: \$48-60k (depending on experience) Location: Lee, MA Hours: Mon - Fri, 40 hours/week TEC is helping a manufacturing facility recruit for an Accounting & Payroll Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of accounting experience and be familiar with manufacturing accounting processes. Job Responsibilities: - Process accounts payable and weekly payments to vendors - Process accounts receivable and apply customer payments to correct invoices - Assist with tax payments and filings - Match invoices to payments and file completed payments - Weekly payroll prep and processing - Assist with the employee onboarding process - Assist with benefit tracking and administration - Maintenance of vacation/PTO tracking schedules - Other administrative duties necessary Job Requirements/Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s Degree or years of relevant work experience required - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based software platforms required - Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills required - 2-5 years of Finance/Payroll/Accounting experience highly preferred
