Entry Level: Packaging Associates needed in Lawrence, MA! Work hours: M-F 11pm-7:30am. Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends! $16.50 per hour No experience necessary!

Responsibilities

 Under supervision and using established procedures, ensures that the product is loaded

into the trays or cases properly to prevent damage.

 Maintain hourly production targets.

 Train, develop, and motivate team members on job performance, quality expectations,

and standardized work.

 Oversee product quality and ensure product being produced in compliance with

customer specifications.

 Adheres to production schedules, ensures production orders are met for finished goods

inventories, minimizing waste to ensure conformance to safety and quality standards.

 Removes all out-of-spec product from the line and notifies Production Supervisor of all

non-conforming product or processes on the line.

 Maintain high rates of production as set by the Packaging Lead and Production

Supervisor.

 Ensure a safe operation, complying with the corporate accident prevention program,

and following safe work practices.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week

• working weekends
