Do you have food manufacturing experience? Are you looking for an excellent opportunity with substantial overtime? We are seeking dedicated Machine Operators in Lawrence, MA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate assigned machinery in a safe and efficient manner.

• Equipment may include Oven systems, Mixer Equipment, Proofers, Laminators, Boilers, Slicers, Packaging and/or Bagging Machines.

• Maintains and adjusts freezer-retard temperature and sets timer to required setting.

• Monitors the process to ensure continues bakery product process flow through conveyor systems.

Qualifications:

• Experience in food manufacturing

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Excellent attention to detail and quality control

• Must be comfortable working around industrial blades

Responsibilities

Must be comfortable working with fast paced machinery, must be comfortable working around industrial blades, high attention to detail, must have good response time. Start time during training period (up to 1 month). Most likely around 8:00 pm start.

 Operate assigned machinery in a safe and efficient manner.

 Equipment may include Oven systems, Mixer Equipment, Proofers, Laminators,

Boilers, Slicers, Packaging and/or Bagging Machines.

 Maintains and adjusts freezer-retard temperature and sets timer to required setting.

 Monitors the process to ensure continues bakery product process flow through

conveyor systems.

 Will operate various PLC panels to control proper flow of product.

 Troubleshoots process and makes speed adjustments.

 Document weight, product yield, downtime and additional metrics.

 Collaborates with the in-line Mixer to ensure continues product flow.

 Adjusts ensuring product standards, specifications, and customer requirements are

met.

 Read and work with technology to monitor machine functions.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week

• working weekends
