Do you have experience in a manufacturing or production environment? Do you possess leadership skills? We are currently seeking a Line Lead for our Lawrence, MA location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a production line team.

• Utilize excellent problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues.

• Make decisions with sound judgment when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Solid decision-making capabilities.

salary: $22 - $22.01 per hour

shift: Third

work hours: 11 PM - 7:30 AM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of 4-25 assigned line employees

• Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices are understood by assigned team, with full compliance

• Investigate and communicate equipment issues or line maintenance needs

• Inspect line equipment at start-up or shift start with updates as needed throughout the shift.

• Initiate productivity improvement and communicate opportunities and results to shift supervisor

• Assign team members to line positions optimizing personal capabilities with cross training rotational opportunities

• Provide induvial training of new tam roles as needed for new hires or transfer assignments

• Provide roduction and yield performance for assigned Line as required to Shift Supervisor at shift end

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 40lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working weekends

• Direct supervision of people (1 year of experience is required)
