Job Summary

Join FLIK Hospitality Group as a Chef Manager in Lawrence, MA, and lead the culinary excellence at New Balance. This is a great opportunity to advance your career with a respected food and hospitality leader, where you can excel in your passion for sustainability and world-class food service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full culinary management of food service operations, including inventory, ordering, and receiving.

• Proficient in menu development, cost controls, and purchasing, with a focus on local food products.

• Successfully implement sustainability initiatives.

• Strictly manage P&L accountability and contract-managed service.

• Ensure flawless execution of food quality, production, and presentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant settings.

• Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends, sanitation, and food cost controls.

• Experience with exposition cooking.

• Working knowledge of HACCP.

• ServSafe certification is a plus.
