Your Opportunity

TheSeniorImplementation Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of EBSCO’s Clinical Decisions products in healthcare settings, which include but are not limited to, hospitals, health systems, and medical schools.  This role involves working closely with healthcare providers, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that the Clinical Decisionsproducts are effectively and efficiently integrated into existing clinical workflows and processes, maximizingvalue,and improving outcomes. This includes integration with Electronic Health Record systemsusingSingle Sign-on, clinical portals, Infobutton, and more.  

This remote position is U.S.-based only (excluding U.S. territories)

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation process for EBSCO Clinical Decisions products, ensuringtimelyand successful deployment.

  • Collaborate with healthcare organizationsand external partnersto understand their needs and tailor implementation plans accordingly, with a strong focus on technical integration and change management.

  • Provide expert guidance and support to customersduring the implementation process, coordinating with IT teams to ensure that the system is properly configured and integrated with existing systems, including EHR integration, toolbar links, IdPSSOvia SAML and SMART on FHIR, HL7 Infobutton & Mobile Device Management (MDM) 

  • Driveproduct usage by providing onsite and virtual training and support toSuperusers,Admins andEnd-Users on how to effectively use the system.

  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure project milestones are met.

  • Work closely with internal teams, includingSales,Customer Success, ProductDevelopment,and Clinical Decisions CustomerSupport, to ensure seamless integration and customersatisfaction.

  • Develop andmaintainstrong relationships with key stakeholders within customerorganizations.

  • Monitor and report on project progress,identifyingand mitigating risks as needed.

  • Track and report on key performance indicators to evaluate the success of the implementation.

  • Continuously improve implementation processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and customeroutcomes, with a focus on SSO and EHR best practices.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, information technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of7years of experience in project management or implementation roles within the healthcare industry.

  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, EHR systems, and SSO authentication protocols.

  • Proventrack recordof successfully managing complex implementation projects.

  • Excellentwritten and oralcommunication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • This is a fully remote role and the ability towork across time zones andtravel up to25% of the time or as needed to support implementation projects at various locations isrequired

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability toidentifyand address issues that may arise during implementationand beyond.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve projectobjectives.

  • Experience with healthcare IT systems, such as electronic health records (EHR)and/or practice management systems

  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
